Improving urban accessibility is a constant challenge in cities with a complex topography such as Donostia. This document presents the success story of the system implemented by Dinycon in the lift in the Morlans neighbourhood, an innovative solution that responds to the need to provide real-time information on the status of the service. Thanks to a wireless information panel, users can find out whether the lift is operational before travelling the 700 metres between the two entrances. This initiative not only improves the citizen experience, but also represents a significant advance in the integration of technology for more efficient and inclusive mobility.
