Bike count + information totem - Alcoy
The significant increase in the use of bicycles and scooters in the city of Alcoy, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, prompted the city council to implement a project aimed at efficiently managing mobility on bike lanes and pavements, as the use of bicycles increased by more than 300%. To address this need, Dinycon Sistemas installed Counting Sensors capable of recording the number of pedestrians, bicycles and scooters in specific areas, along with a Visualisation Totem that provides real-time data to the public. These solutions not only facilitate mobility management, but also help users make informed decisions about their routes.
