Access to the presentation ·Predictive Mobility Study· led by Dinycon Sistemas at the 6th Smart Cities Congress

Collaboration between the different agents, future strategies, the importance of exchanging knowledge and experiences on smart cities and ICTs as a tool to minimise the effects of the pandemic were some of the cross-cutting issues dealt with at this 6th Smart Cities Congress, which featured two keynote speeches, 15 oral communications, two round tables and a closing and conclusions table.

This summer, solutions for capacity control on beaches have been essential to ensure safety in the new normality. In this context, Roberto García, CEO of Dinycon Sistemas, addressed a use case with the presentation ‘Study of pedestrian mobility and predictions based on data obtained from Smartkalea. Use case: capacity control on beaches’.

The project has made it possible to install a counting system using sensors at all the entrances to eight beaches in Santander, with information elements that indicate the level of occupancy, as well as data available on an app for users to consult.

Roberto García, CEO of Dinycon, closed the block of talks with ‘Study of pedestrian mobility and predictions based on data obtained from Smartkalea. Use case: capacity control on beaches’.
